Ludvig began our season of hive talks with a presentation of the kiva loan data [www.kiva.org] that contains information on over a million microloans. The ensuing discussion focused on identifying patterns that might be present in the behavior of the lenders including the timing of donations and preferences towards types of projects or aspects of the borrowers. It was a great start to the season!
